Refund Policy for Support System
We generally offer refunds as long as your purchased products have not been used for more than three (3) days. Note: We are not forced to refund your money if all these requirements are met. It still is a decision made by a member of the management Team. Although you got really good chances for a refund if:
- You have no punishments on the Support Server or the bot
- You ask us in a friendly way and dont just say "I WANT MY MONEY BACK"
